How many exercise's per muscle group?

Depends on what else you are training. If training just one other bodypart then I would do 2 basic exercises (bench, dumbell press) and then what I call shaping exercises (maybe dumbell flyes and pecdec or cross overs)
If training a few bodyparts in one session then just stick to a max of two exercises otherwise you will be there for a week.
