Help i need to get fit!
Right people this is the score i am 5'9" and 15.5 stone but with a fair bit of muscle under the fat!
I need to loose about 2 stone and need to get fit! i am currently going gym 3 times a week with Andy01 and i am totally baffled when people talk about diets ie no carbs, times a day to eat etc...
What do i need to do to loose the weight? as in how should i eat and what i shouldnt? and how many times a day should i eat?

Imran, you didnt have to post here! I can tell you where you're going wrong!
Stop going home for lunch and having your roti and curries! Dont eat after 8pm (unless going to the gym). dont have any carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta) for dinner. have them for lunch and burn them off at the gym. Have grilled chicken for lunch. Always have a bowl of cereal in the morning for breakfast. If you get hungry in between main meals have fruit.
Write down in a diary what you eat (all of it) and what time you are eating it and I/we can show you where you are going wrong.
You know what where you are going wrong yourself!
