Riding bike as excersize, much good?
Say, 5/6 days a week, 6-8miles, fast, 3-4 of which are significantly uphill the rest is pretty flat.
Does it work any muscles barring legs really? (tho thats about only muscles i dont need to tone up on, still got big rugby poeye legs )
Spose its a good calory burner either way.

Steve I did this for about 3 months before I joined a gym and lost about 2 stone. I rode to work and back (5 miles round trip)
You will see a change in you calf musles and top of your legs. Cant remember the technical name for it lol

Like said, i dont really need to build any leg muscle as ive still got big muscley rugby legs, they just never left me, but the rest of my muscle has left i think
Bike riding suite me, i get bored less than i do doing normal excersize, and ive always done mountain biking apart from the last two years or so.
