whats the nutrition aspect of these?

im currently in a routine of eating one after my workouts

i dont even like them really

1x is Normally around.....

Protein- 1g
Carbs- 24-26g
Fat- Trace

but all depends on the size

Have 2x tablespoons of honey in your shake instead of the banana then......you nana.

Like you Dave I'm not to big on bananas but have one about 30 an hour before the gym.

They are good for slow releasing energy.
