is slimfast bad ?
havent found n e one to ask this before so hopign u can help ! been on slimfast now since mid dec , gained bit of weight at xmas like ya do but since 1/1/06 ive now lost a stone but now worried this is bad ? beleive me i still have at least another 2 stone to go but will using slim fast for all of it fook me up ? am very active at work but do not drink enough water .

I can't see anything wrong with slimfast if used along with a healthy diet with good food choices. On the plus side you will be getting your share of the vit & minerals added to slimfast, which is always a good thing!
Try and get most of your meals through real food as this will boost your metabolism more than shakes, and then chuck in the odd slimfast to make life easier.

cheers, think ill wait till ive got my goal weight b4 dropping one , incase i out it all back on lol which i think is one of the downside of doing the slim fast !

Congratulations Gemma, great results so far.
Dieting is largely about how you feel. Your body will give you warning signs if your plan is no good for you, but i suggest you get some decent high quality excersize in to minimize the lean muscle loss.
Remember when you come of ANY diet you will put back on some waterweight as your body rehydrates itself and reverses the diuretic effects of the diet.
