having one of these a day afer my weights/cardio workout with a protien shake.. (this is my post workout meal)

is there anywhere I can get these in bulk? pref choc and hazlenut!

Hi Dave,

Not sure who sells them in bulk mate, but the following will be ok with your set post workout meal ..as this already contains adequate carbs.

They contain less carbs but more Protein so will off set the balance ok. Had some sample Protein Plus bars sent to me and they are very nice, I had Choc Fudge & Choc Chip...both ok...Not tried the Pro XS so cant comment....I would go for the Protein Plus personally due to the vits and mineral and Metamyosyn complex .

Maybe alternate them every other day with the Advantage Bars! Just an idea...Hope that helps.
