Default MASSIVE loss in strengh.....

Went to the gym today for the first time since 10th december (just got over an inffection), i can't believe how much strength i've lost, i worked chest and was lifting 10-15 kg lighter than i was before christmas AND i was struggling lol i hope it doesn't take me long to back to where i was

It usually takes me a good week to 10 days for me to get back on track after a layoff regardless of if it is forced through illness or just a rest
