Fitness and weight training discussion.Being a car fanatic doesnt mean you have to drive around with a beer belly and 4chins!! Chat to like minded folk in here and get yourself back to a decent health and fitness level in no time.
I know there are a few diet posts but I thought there would be no harm me making another...
Since getting settled in my new job I have gone and signed up at the gym with the Mrs and the plan is to rotate the gym and swimming most nights and the weekend!
At the gym my programme has been setup so I am doing weights on upper body and some cardio to get my general fitness up!
I have heard about protein drinks but not actually seen them in shops anywhere, where can I get these from in person? (No debit card to order online). I am trying to bulk up / tone up so want to get these to drink within an hour of training to give the best gains possible.
This is my diet at the minute
Breakfast
-----------
Fruit and Fibre
or
All Bran
Dinner
-------
Pasta with either chicken and sweetcorn or salad
Jacket Potatos with chicken or tuna and sweetcorn and low fat mayo
Tea
----
Been a bit all over the shop with this, usually have a bowl of pasta and cheese or chicken in some shape or form
Throughout the day have snacks which I have swapped the chocolate for fruit, mainly apples!
Anything else I should consider changing?
