Quick Question for you about Red Bull
Is it bad for you ?
Basicly since i stopped smoking ive put on nearly 4 stone in 12 months through eating shit, And now that im over the smoking thing i need to lose at least 2 stone of it as i feel like a fat knacker, So im watching what i eat as well as doing a bit of cycling
Now i drink 2 - 3 cans of red bull mainly as i drive for 10 hours a day and it gives me the energy and also stops driver fatigue so what i need to know is is it bad for you
Anybody?
simon

not sure about the weight gain but its definitely not good for you! if theres any way you can cut it out and maintain concentration at work then i would!
i used about 2 litres of the stuff daily to get through my uni finals and with anything if you get extreme highs you also get extreme lows. I slept in odd patterns, lack of appetite, bad skin, hair, etc. and i actually had lower concentration due to sleep deprivation! Felt so much better when i cut it out and returned to a healthy diet!
