me n a few mates have decided to join up for the class down our gym
anyone do it? enjoy it?
am i likely to get the shit kicked out of me on a regular basis??

great for getting rid of any agression
Body combat is always a challenging one but be carefull there are more injuries in this class than any other... I had to stop for a while, after putting the shoulder out... i now have to do more intense shoulder exercises to strenghen this area then i can go back into body combat.

I did it for a year at uni and it was fecking hard work on the cardiovascular system. Also tore my hamstring doing a hook kick and soon gave it up.
