Has anyone done a bleep test??
As above peeps has anyone done a bleep test????
Ive got to get to level 5.4 at the assesment center
to pass.
The space between each run is 15m just wondering how
difficult it is?.
Ive started swimming and running etc with abit of weight traing thrown in, so im just trying to get back up to some sort of fitness.

ask at ya gym, they may have the gear to do one for ya
then u will know how hard 5.4 is
i used to do em years ago, cant remember the scale nor the speed involved, but if i remeber correctly 5.4 aint that hard but tough enough

I sent my application off ten days ago to Thames Valley Police,
got a letter back confirming that they had recived it and it would
take 4-6 weeks to hear from them about my results so fingers
crossed
Ive spoke to a few people and the whole process will take about
9months if i pass everything.
Why you thinking of joining mate?

matt,
bleep test is quite easy mate. i have to do it every month. key is not to burn yourself out too early. i found stopping at the beep and starting all over again was quite tough so i tend to do a little U turn to keep my momentum up. use short steps out of the turn then into full stride. our tapes run till level 25 i think, i try to average level 18. my mate ran the entore tape. coont
