any pointers for a decent warm up routine

either overall or for specific body areas

If I'm doing legs then I'll do a 5-10minute power walk first on the treadmill, otherwise I just stretch the muscles I'm going to be working whilst doing light sets of my first exercise.

When I change exercises I will always do a lighter first set to get into the groove and help the muscles warm up a bit more.

cheers paul,

dunno if its me (not done anything for 7 weeks) but sionce ive been back i have ached like fook the next day and wondered if it was anything to do with me warm up and down

aint been anywhere near as heavy as before as im still getting to grips with me shoulder again
