should you feel the burn???
I have been going to the gym a while now and i go about 3 times a week now should i feel what i have trained the next day? As most of the time i dont. I stopped for a couple of weeks and just started again and i am feeling it the next day, so is it just because i am used to it that i dont feel it when i am regulary going?
I havent made the progression i was hoping for either i am putting it down to eating as i dont really eat much during the day as i am working but for my evening meal i will always have some chicken or steak well some kind of meat and some carbs with it. It kinda comes expensive if i start buying the protein bars and shakes.

Fact your muscles grow out of the gym, most of the time when your asleep, so make sure your getting a fair amount of sleep for the muscles to "heal". Aching the next day and sore muscles means you've worked them to there limit and you shouldnt use the muscles until they stop feeling sore!
Hope that helps!
