Yep i do with Ready Break or oats ,its good makes it taste nice, Or put a bit more milk /water in it and put it in a blender and you can make it in to a drink, good if your in a rush ,but make sure you wash the bowl up straight after turns to stone if you leave it

If its first thing in the morning i'd have it with water as the ready brek will slow absorbtion.
Have your ready brek about 5-10 mins later.
If you have it before bed then the slower release will be benefical
Just depends when you have it.

I often have it with Ready Brek (and 3 tablespoons of sugar) Protein and Carbs, lovely start to the day
(Plus I still havent found a protien shake I can drink without wanting to throw!)

Thats the stuff I currently have from H&B...eugh!
Its the consisancy...can't stomach it
I may try the non flavoured one, gotta be worth a shot I suppose. The one I do seem to find OK is the Casalin stuff from Boots, not sure how good it is, seems to be in very small boxes, doesnt last long
