What's the best fat burners?
I'm trying to lose a bit of weight, training hard with cardio and weights. Got a good diet too. I just can't seem to shift the last bit off my gut.
Do any of these fat burners work? I haven't got the time to follow Fiddys plan.

Leave stupid pills alone, a good diet and exersice is all you need.
Diet alone is the most important, look how lean bodybuilders get on there diet

For losing fat try not to do heavier weights, stick to cardio and lighter weight but do twice as many reps. Also do cardio after the weights not before, diet and focus on all of your body and not just ypir stomach, you can also get a little plastic device to messure you body fat percentage and if done right you can keep an eye on your fat level

People who use gear to just loose weight and don't eat well / train hard are fools lol

Light weight but loads of reps, make sure you do legs as there the biggest muscles which will help shed that fat, steep incline walking does wonders, also weighted jogging, stay away from foods that hold water, never do the same exercise routine each week change it up

I had the same problems just hit that plateau to lose that bit right at the bottom. I just lowered my calorie intake again, ultra clean eating and hammered the cardio, it will shift it mate

Looked at High Intensity Interval Training?
Fat burners are good for the last few % (talking sub 10% here), and would use the basics like clen to begin with then step up to products like ultraburn that have appetite suppression, stimulant and 'fat bruning' compounds all together. Note, they can be very strong and start at half a pill and work up (made the wife feel sick all day in just half a tab, although the house ended up spotless; buzzing her t*** off lol!).

Works and plays on track
I jog between 10 and 15 miles per week and just restrict my calorie intake to 2000 per day. Alternate between 100 pressups one day and dumbell work the other, to do a bit of upper body stuff. I still have the odd cake/donut/choc bar etc. Even have a day off and spoil myself on a Sunday. Lost two stone in 3 months, eat what I want but just a bit less of it. It is no hardship when you can enjoy eating still. Stuff going to the gym all the time, I'm better off because of my diet, the shopping bill's come down as well as my waist size.

Thanks for all of the wise words above. Just starting to see a change so I'm just sticking at it and upping everything except the calories.
