Do up you think there is any truth in tv fitness ads???
Have seen a few tv infomercial adverts this week for Insanity,P90x and Jnl fusion e.c.t.
Same story,spend money-before and after pics,bla bla bla .
My question is :Have the guys who are selling it (Shaun t :Insanity) for example got there body training for years in the gym,had the right diet (conventional method of muscular body)
Or have they really got that body by doing insanity,p90x e.c.t..????.

I think that's the same for insanity as we'll but some of the before and after testimonials show plenty of muscle after but not before.
It's got to be illegal advertising.

I would say it's both.
Doing insanity will make you lose all the fat/weight and get cut. It will also build some muscle but to get bigger you will need weights.
You also need to eat right.
But 100% insanity will work and give you great fitness.

there's been loads of those how to make you self change in 30 secs, if I slouch and low light I look terrible but if I bust out 50 pressuos stand better and with an over head light I look totally different it's all smoke and mirrors there videos explaining how they do it

you have to do it the way they say to do it WITH a calorie controlled diet NAD they also say that the results will vary fro person to person
this is how they get away with it
if you are busting your ass for 45 minutes a day doing mental cardio you will eventually get the body you want because you'll be too fucked to do anyting else afterwards like eat or drink or watch tv or shit like that

All these before and after pics are in reverse, these companies hire people that are already lean, pay them to get fat then reverse the pics, that's how its the same guy.

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
I gave p90x a shot and it gave me insane results in a short amount of time all my mates stared to comment when i was only 3 weeks in however the diet is so involved the workouts are 1-2 hours a day but the planning for meals consumes most your time
Basically how it works is it works out every muscle in your body one way for 3 weeks and as soon as your just getting it pinned it boots you right out of your comfort zone then 3 weeks kicks you straight back out again. Your results depend on what you want out of it add more weight less reps for bulk or less weight and more reps for tone.
I did not last, I did 3 weeks went on holiday boozed it up ect then came back and lost the drive+circumstances changed and I no long had the space to do it. But i would never touch a gym again I don't give a toss how big/fit/strong someone thinks they are if they try it they will be in the best shape of there lives after.
Tony Horton has not me labeled as on of the overall fittest men in the world today for nothing not bad for a guy in his 50s
