Fasted AM Cardio
Who does this? Any advice on intentsity, durations and volume?
More importantly, does it work if you've got over 20% bodyfat and not too concerned about muscle-loss?

Yeh in the end up I was doing it every day but I was really low body fat and was getting harder to lose it.i was up to 40 minutes every morning which even tho was only ten minutes more seemed like an age.someone who is heavier could start off doing it say every second day till there weight loss stalls then ramp it up.i was something like 4mph on the treadmill.

There's a lot to it really if your looking to lose body fat, start with looking at what and when your eating, really you should eat 5 to 6 small meals a day instead of the traditional 3 large meals, that way your body will make much better use of the energy provided and you'll have a more constant energy flow.
In the morning before breakfast is a good time, once you've trained don't eat for an hour after as this is the time your body is burning the fat, if you need to train in afternoon or evening don't eat for 2 hours before you train.

As said above, high intensity interval cardio is the best way to strip fat.
I do 20 minutes each on cross trainer and bike.1 minutes steady pace,30 seconds all out then back to 1 minutes steady pace.Repeat this for the 20 minutes.
I used to do normal pace for 20 minutes and the calorie counter on the machine was 200
Same 20 minutes with hiic was 300 calories burnt.
Also ,normal pace cardio burns fat from the food that you've eaten, hiic burns fat from your fat reserves.

For quick weight loss in a month I can highly recommend Atkins. Not for long term but I lost a stone in 2 weeks.Ideal if you want shorterm, quick results.

Fasted Am cardio going well. Dropped a belt size, clothes seem looser. 13.5 down to 13kg.
If the diet was in place, I would have even better results.
4mph on various terrains on the treadmill and roughly 600cals burnt 4 times a week + 3 weight training sessions a week on top.
It doesn't seem to take a lot out of you as its low intenisty, but still sweat like a pig at the end of a session.

In order to get down to low body fat ..I find 25 mins every other day on exercise bike HILT... combined with a carb cycle calorie deficit. The best way then you don't hit a wall with your loss .
