Default basic supplements?

ok guys,looking for some advice.....
im 43 years old and have recently undergone steps to help me go forward into my later years with a bit less aches/pains.
ive cut out most bad foods-takeaways/crisps/chocolate etc and am now eating more fruit, pasta, chicken etc
i do 3 spinning classes a week,go for a 3 hour walk on a sunday and am currently doing 2/3 high rep/lowish weight weight training classes.and now ive started i cant see me ever going back as i m enjoying it so much
i was almost 20stone and am down to 17st 9 at the mo,currently losing 2/3 lbs per week.
i have a herbalife weight loss shake in the morning mixed with skimmed milk but am curious to what supplements you chaps reccomend i take that may help my training. im not looking to be huge or anything i just want to look and feel fit.

look forward to your helpful replies-jay

I find whey protein a great help after training for muscle growth and recovery, seeing a real change after 5 months of using it.Just helps you make the most of your training.
