What like NOS is cheating? If everyone is on it then it remains a level playing field. Personally I don't see it as cheating, just pushing the envelope as far as possible. Some one using a bike in a running race is a cheat, someone who chemically enhances to get the absolute ultimate form their body is not what I'd call a cheat. Each to their own. Way way more people enhancing than not these days and they have to, to keep up.

mixed opinion, credit to them for getting so physically fit as they are.
it must be a burden to say no to a cheeseburger lol!
for me i don't fully understand the extreme fitness, there are plenty of fit people out there without the need for leaning out that much and going training anywhere near as much.
i'd be happy with turning the clock back five years i'd be happy with my fitness, but things have gone a little wayward and the shape is all wrong now
easy fix though, cut the shit out and exercise regularly with the weights.

I think more people are going for the leaner look and not the bulked up look that everyone seemed to rave about a few years back! I think its a healthier look! and most birds do as well lol

It's a great look but the diets a killer,I,m currently leaning up and its all chicken,turkey,eggs,tuna,salad ,whey shakes ,water e.c.t.

But unfortunately the only way to get a decent 6 PAC is to drop body fat percentage.
