Mmmm bis and tris twice a week, any particular reason why as you read not to overwork the bicep due to being a samll muscle.

Pete lots of people do this.theory is since its a small muscle it repairs quick unlike legs etc.people with lagging arms do this to try bring them up.its ok if you have good genetics and your arms grow like weeds and only need to train them once a week.i have done the twice a week thing and noticed a good difference tho I wouldn't go balls out when doing them after back.just high volume to get them pumped but then on arms day I would go heavy.typical Internet and so many conflicting stories on what to do/not to.

My triceps aren't too bad, but my biceps are bloody rubbish. No matter what I try, nothing seems to work.

I'm sure some may scoff at mine but I love the gym so get in there as often as I can. I find it helps me unwind and chill.

Monday: Back & Traps
Tuesday: Chest
Wed: Bi's
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders
Sat or Sun: Tri's

I try go to the gym in my lunchbreak so will chuck in some calfs, core and cardio too when work allows. Just the odds and sods I mean to do but never get round to.
