He has seen pics of this guy and confirms it is synthol but the reason the arms are so bloated is because he has massive infection set in

Would hinder strength I would imagine in his case. Look at his forearms! The twat has not curled or held anything heavy in his life! It is virtually impossible to grow big bi's without the forearms developing.

I'd say it was silicon too as that never stops growing (apparently).

The whole joke of it though is that he is classed as a bodybuilder by the press and public! I mean WTF! The mans a joke. For all the food and training he is supposed to do he doesn't look like he could open a heavy gym door, let alone train in one.
