Good luck to your mate.we Always think the guys at our gym are gona be hard to beat then they don't place!i thought I wanted to compete then when I went to my first show it was a bit cringe worthy.guys pushin each other out the way in the pose downs while in thongs basically.realised it wasn't for me.still want to try get to that shape tho.

purely down to not being able to diet down that much

if i dont eat enough and feel like shit i get angry

very hard sport to compete in imho
