from fatty to well...
i started my diet in Feb 2010 after a really tough time in my life!
i decided i needed to change the way i looked, and my outlook on food!
I had always been over weight since a child and was sick and tired of the name calling and bullying i got!
the final straw was being called 'fatty' on a night out in town!
i am 5ft 8 and started on my diet at 14st 8 and a size 16/18
3rd April i had reached 12st 5lbs and a size 14
1st May i had reached 11st 5lbs and was then a size 12
i maintained at 11st 8 for a few months, then had a few slip ups and put on a stone or so (gorging at xmas was not good) i moved to leeds and then moved home.
it made me see that i was starting to be a new person, people were perceiving me for me for once and not the fat girl in the corner!
I lost the stone again, and found a new lease of life! i met my current boyfriend (below)who i now live with, after my ex and i drifted apart
and we both lost the final part of our weight together, he has lost 4 stone in total.
After being together a few months, i braved the scales!
10st 5!!! i'd broken and smashed the 10st barrier that was always aiming for by just healthy eating and being happy!!
this is me now!
5ft 8, 10st 5...... SIZE 10!!!
people may call me an ASW,
to be honest, i don't care!
i'l lost 4.5st, i'm pretty proud of myself!!

You looked best at a size 12 judging by those pics I reckon.
Well done, you have gone from fatty to fitty without a doubt
Ive recently lost 2.5 stone myself, its relatively easy to do but also relatively hard to keep off as it means a lifestyle change to do so.

Congrats and you should be proud.
A couple of years ago I heard a few comments my ex had made after I just broke up with her about my size so I did the pierre dukan protal diet and went down from 15.4 to 12.4 in a month, just by cutting out all the fizzy drinks and takeaways. I need to do it again soon as i've gotten slack.
Hope lifes improving for you now

Well done, definately a good achievement if it has been a long term weight problem and not just a 6 month stint of over eating which would be easier to get out of, so yes be proud of yourself.
If the efforts involved in losing weight and losing money were swapped around we'd all be alot happier, richer and thinner!

Nice one lisp, massive change since I saw you last. Glad it changed you mentally for the better. A confident size 14 lass can be more attractive that a size 10 lass with issues.
