Never tried them as never had problem puting weight on.im sure they do as they say as it will be some ridiculous amount of calorie per serving.what are they like price wise as other ways to make your own shakes with high cals.

cheap compared to the other big brand ones. I've naturally stopped at 13 6. Im 5ft 10 so not to bad but i have been 17stone when i was on a cycle 5years ago

Tried the Hurricane XS a few times as a colleague uses it. I use a mixer and it didn't mix in well. Gave a very powdery taste with lumps and bits. Maybe I used too much though as I like my shakes thick.

That was choc mint flavour iirc.
