Default serious bench pressing

met a guy in my gym this morning whos taking part in the UK bench press championships this weekend,thing is hes in a wheel chair totally paralized from the waist down,he already hold the Uk record competing against able body athletes
hes going for 245k press.
he warms up for an hour increasing the weight on every set,he repped out on 160k for his last set,amazing to watch him train

there is a guy call chris bajack school teacher in luton who benches 280kg with out a spot for reps of 8

its good to see guys that can lift that sort of weight

he is a school teacher in luton
used to play pro rugby

he has been in a few bodybuilding comps

very big strong guy and nice as pie to

just trains for his own goals now
dont think he is into the comps side of things now
