Default starting to make progress!

as above, i was pretty happy with myself last night when i managed to push 40's on flat bench. Thats my bodyweight and only started to do a few heavy sets last monday and last night. As soon as i can do a full set of 12 im jumping up to 45's but i only managed 6 reps last night but 2 reps spotted the week before pmsl

Anyway just wanted to say keep pushing and you'l reach your goals as long as u train hard and eat well
