As the title suggets, I'm realy unfit and its about time I changed that basically I used to be a very fir and athletic person and did really well in cross country running, but after 3 years of illness (don't worry it wasn't to serious) and not doing ant exersize I'm about as unfit as you can get, so what is rhe best way of improving my fitness so that life in general is easier, as I work in a garage and lifting stuff like wheels and parts really knackers me out, ant tips or advise?

Had that feeling myself, went to the gym or going on the bike just to try and justify myself wasnt really working,
So I signed up for a charity event, knowing I HAD TO get fit or suffer badly for the event, 8 months of training, 2 stone lost and trimmer fitter G,
That was the kick up the arse I needed
