martial artts?
ok im looking to get into martial arts as i cant ride my bmx anymore due to hight issues and varias injuries ..im 6'2 and find stretching dificult although maybe it will ease up after time.
what martial art should i go for ..i dont want to be doing stuff on the floor and stuff which uses my legs alot as i have cartlidge problems!!! in both knees not boxing!!!!!!!!!!!! any sugestionS?

i think any martial arts are going to require a large armound of leg work so realisticly your not going to be able to do them fully if you cant use legs and making it rather pointless, boxing i've personally found not to hard on the legs in comparison to other 'fighting' arts.

If movement isn't an issue i would give boxing ago for deffinate, its not the brutal un-cultured fight school people expect, the trainers(in my experience) are always sound so give it a go
