funny enouigh I have a tendon problem in my forearm when I grip is hurts like hell,had acupunture a couple of times but at £29 a go its going to be expensive,i may look into the injection

never thought of acupunture,ill give it a bit of time and see how it goes may try the shots, lighter training always an option but it just aint me....

I suffered with tennis elbow for 6 months. Had laser treatment and general physio. The physiotherapist said accupuncture rarely gets results. None really helped so I gave up. They said the last resort before an operation was a cortisone injection. Luckily it slowly got better by itself with rest.

i had one for tendonitis in my elbow. think ti was golf elbow iirc.
hurt like fuck buit seems to have sorted it out (touch wood). will see if that' still the case when i get back into my rowing again!
