How do i lose a belly and tone up abit and get fit?
I have noticed i seem to have a bit of a belly apearing. I want to join the gym try and lose it and tone up abit. I also need to get fit i rode my brothers bike around the block the other day and thought my heart was going to jump out and was out of breath for 15 to 20 mins.
Whats best to do and for how long i.e. weights cardio etc?
Also what should i be eating?
Any help appreciated Thanks Danny

For fitness purposes, you want to be doing high intensity cardio work.
So get on a treadmill/bike/cross trainer and get your heart rate/BPM upto 85-90% of your max and keep it there for as long as you can, building up from 10mins, then 15, then 20mins etc... depending on your fitness levels already.
You will burn fat that way too. Not optimally(sp) but it will go.
As for diet, you want to eat plenty protein (chicken, eggs, fish) as this helps muscle growth and repair and retention - long stints on the treadmill will see you breaking down a bit of muscle, hence why all marathon runners are built like the side of a fiver.
Cut out the obvious, chocolate, fizzy juice, fried food etc...
Its basically about going out and doing it, running, cycling etc, just build it up as and when you can, before you know it you'll be a whippet
