advantages of a healthy diet. Update 30/10/09
4 weeks ago i cleared the fridge and cupboards out.
Binned all the unhealthy stuff I mean all of it.
I have never drank hot drinks apart from the accasional coffee, but i would drink fizzy drinks etc most days.
Well i have been drinking bottled water everyday. About 2litres of the stuff a day, and now after 4 weeks, i have noticed my skin complection is great now, no longer get the odd spot here and there.
Changed what i eat, As i have been living off takeaways since me and the wife split. So I have taken to cooked veg and fish, or chiken or a salad etc, and have been running atleast 4 miles everyday.
I have to say i have not felt so good since, well i cant remeber when, so much energy, its great.
Now exactly 4 weeks in, I have gone down 2 jean sizes and down a shirt size.
So anyone who is thinking about getting back in shape, its really worth it.

Good on you mate, it's amazing how much more motivation you get once you actually get round to doing the odd bit exercise and improving your diet and sleep routines.

still might end up using something to help me get rid of the last bit, but its all been blood sweat and tears so far

Well done mate thats great progress. Once you change your mind set great progress can be made, I usually go 100% dedicated for 10-12 weeks then have a week or two off enjoying the things I shouldn't be doing! You don't go mad/get bored that way
