Default Who's done the cambridge diet?

I started on wed 26th August, i'm not obese I'm 6ft2,, and when weighed i was 14,,11 ,,, my ideal weight is 12,12 ,, i got wieghed this wed, and lost 12lbs in 1st week,, was suprised it was so much..

Only doing it for a bit of a kick start,, then get back in the gym and eat more healthy,,, as if i dont,, the weight will soon pile back on!

Ive done the Oxford diet......lol!



On a serious note, i've not heard of the Cambridge diet mate..... what is it as in what are you eating?

Its a low calarie diet,, about 550 a day iirc

Its either milkshakes or soups,, 4 a day,, that contain all the vitamins etc you need

Thats harsh, and i imagine hard to stick to. Is that not just a crash diet really?
You couldnt do it for long otherwise your body will go into 'starvation' and slow down your metabolism.
