Default losing it

been going to the gym 8/9 months 3/5 days a week mixing weights and cardio and i`m quite happy with my progress but i`m starting to lose intrerest.i`m finding it hard and hard to get motivated togo and train.i get up for work a 4am everyday do a 12 hr shift then go straight to the gym from work but in the past month i`v realie lost the interest in going.anyone got any advice to get me back into it

not much advice mate, but stick with it. I used to do it religously then when i got a long hours job I stopped. after this amount of time going mate, your body needs to do a lot more work than a normal person that doesn't go to keep the weight off now, you will pile it back on if you stop. maybe just cut the number of times you go by a bit. but don't stop, you will regret it, I did, i'm now 21 stone. from 15 and a half a year ago.
