Default How do you measure your creatine powder..

my scales are supposed to measure in units of 1g but they just say zero then jump to 4grams

Is there a quick simple way of measuring about 2g? ie one serving.
How much do you take per serving?

level tea spoon or something?

cheers.

I have a plastic spoon that came with mine. Two flat scoops. If it's of any use to you, I have a brand new one I just got with my second tub.

No problem mate. I'm not sure if they are all the same but mine is two flat scoops to a pint of milk. Or, 4 flat scoops to a pint of water. Search the make of your protein on google and add a word like 'Measurements', as I'm sure someone on a muscle forum will have asked.

Mine was buried too, I think they all are, lol!
