How do you measure your creatine powder..
my scales are supposed to measure in units of 1g but they just say zero then jump to 4grams 
Is there a quick simple way of measuring about 2g? ie one serving.
How much do you take per serving?
level tea spoon or something?

.... after reading that i thought surely mine would have come with a spoon. so i looked and i have a spoon buried in the bottom 
but it dont mention it on the packet

No problem mate. I'm not sure if they are all the same but mine is two flat scoops to a pint of milk. Or, 4 flat scoops to a pint of water. Search the make of your protein on google and add a word like 'Measurements', as I'm sure someone on a muscle forum will have asked.
