dont bother with roids mate iv been training for 3 years with out and in 13stone and deadliftin 220kg and bench pressin 110kg some people i know are on them they loose strenght but bulk up fast

This really made me laugh......... Loose strenth whilst on gear, classic! Strenth goes through the roof whilst on gear. Bulk up fast, well that depends on what your taking, might be cutting up.
Not the 'shrink the dick' again!! It does not happen, your balls shrink but your todge stays the same size.

Luke best to think before typing. paul teaches kickboxing and has been on the fighting scene for years. he used to be in charge of the doors in milton keynes. all the night club security were run by him and dont think there is anyone he does not know who is not fucking dangerous. im dangerous and i know him very well grrrrrr, lol
