Your going to get loads and loads of diff opinions on this but for me if i could honestly do my first cycle again it would have been
Weeks 1-6 Dbol @ 30mg/day Weeks 1-10 Sust @ 250mg/week My first was dbol only and yes i gained but wanted more than what i got tbh so was soon back on with injectables and quickly started to see the results i thought i would have got first time around lol.Probably expected too much with the dbol in all honesty |

what sort of results were you getting from the tabs?was you putting weight and size noticeably.

Its all down to PCT diet and training tbh.After finishing cycle you need to maintain same cals etc for atleast 4 weeks after PCT has finished to help hold onto gains then can start lowering them etc back to normalish levels as once weight and muscle has been put on then cals etc have to be adjusted to maintain muscle
