Default help with home gym

ok its not quite a fully spec'd gym but its getting there

basically i have a barbell, dumbells, rowing machine and a weight bench
not a lot but better than nothing

but ive saw this and was wondering is it any good or a bit of a con?


any help would be great thanx

Deffo get it m8 will be good to add to what you have already.not that you cant use barbell for same thing but these give your hands a better position thus allowing more weight on bar for really working the triceps out

i tryed it once b4 and hated it i wud get a good pair of dumbells if i was you.

just my opinion
