first cycle
im thinking of goin on my first cycle but not shure witch one to do, and witch one would be the best for gaining strenth and a bit of mas,, there so many out there i dont no witch ones to use.. any help?

Personally for a first time cycler ide say going with test Cyp or Enan for 10 weeks would be ideal running it at 500mg per week you could get away with 1 shot per week if needle shy or 2 shots per week if you'de rather spkit the dosage to keep levels in blood etc more stable (better option).You could maybe add in Dbol @ 30mg per day aswell for first 4 weeks as a kickstart to cycle
Depends what you want to do to your body shape wise etc aswell and if your bulking or cutting.Also need age,weight,height and ideally a days eating plan before i could personally advice further

ye cheers for that guys, ill look up cyp and enan later,,, im 22, and i weigh 72 kg,, and my hight is 5 ft 7, my diet aint the best probably due to working away from home,,

What are you trying to do, and it'll help someone give you a diet.
to the OP, do a lot lot more research before you start anything. I've been training for 10 years on and off. I'm currently back in the gym for 8 months now. Got my diet almost perfect for me, my training is going well as can be, and I reckon I'm a good 8-10 months away from needing anything else.
I've thought about it recently but TBH the more I thought about it, the more I realised I didnt need to.
From your stats above, I;m guessing you want the 'quick fix' and its not really the way to do it.

You seriously need to sort diet and training out as your just wanting a quick fix and people who do it this way end up back at square 1 or worse once off and they dont know how to adjust diet to keep gains or even keep gaining

What i would say is try a sus and deca for the first course for initial set up, what my thoughts are is that gaining size should not be rushed especially comprimising quality muscle and attracting peoples suspisions that yr on the gear......Im not a fan of Cyp Winstrol or Verimon these can cause spots and lack of sex drive... clomid can sort that though
Stack Trenbolone and Deca this builds good muscle and i find no spots, dbol can still be taken but drink plenty of water to flush the liver, this cycle for 6 weeks about. This is not advise mate just what i have experienced one way or another, only my thoughts.

dont mean to be blasé about the subject, im open to critisism kiddie just the experience of which ive had, my knowledge is limited but theres some good advice from you and other guys on here as before ian evs2003 just my thoughts

IMO sus and deca is the normal suggestion for a first cycle but is terrible. Blow you up wike a baloon full of water then lose it all just as quickly. Also deca fucks your sex drive too.

First time cycling should be a simple 1 med cycle cause if you start stacking too soon not only will you then need stronger and more meds to gain well you will also not know what reacts badly with you when stacking
Most people start with dbol cycle then dbol and test then dbol,test and deca and so forth
Entirely up to OP but ide recommend looking at diet and training regime first,and possibly post it for crituque from others,then take things from there but you prob wont do that and jump on a cycle of god knows what then were gonna have to give advise on how to sort this problem,thats happening etc etc etc

At 5ft 7 and 72kg, I think thats the best advice your gonna get. Everyone knows to get real big, you'll need gear eventually. But you've got 20 natural kg (IMO) to put on first

am not trying to do anythin mate,am happy growing naturally for the time being,just interested what a good diet consists of when on it.

If your bulking then basically food,food and more food.If your cutting then protein,protein and more protein.Aslong as you stick to the basic of eating every 2 hrs and good food not shite,sleep atleast 8hrs a night then your gonna do well aslong as training is down
