Default Advice on what to eat & portion sizes for my diet

Hi all im currently nearly 18 stone 6ft 3" and tbh carrying a couple of stone on my chest and gut. So im wanting to know whats the best things to eat and when and in what portions.

Any help greatly appreciated

Currently my diet looks like this;

08:00 - 2 eggs, 55g oats in water
10:15 - Maximusle Protein Bar, Mug of green tea
12:30 - 85g cous cous, approx 200g diced chicken, Mug of green tea
14:15 - 80g tuna + sweetcorn
16:30 - Banana, handful of grapes, Mug of green tea
17:30 - Train (Currently 85mins cardio 5 days a week + 2 days weight training)
19:30 - approx 200g chicken, steamed veg (as much as you want)

I also try and get 2ltrs water in amongst that too - doesnt always happen though. I've lost 6 stone so far and im stronger, fitter and happier than ever.

85mins cardio, 5 days a week? I'm cutting just now and I'm doing 37mins cross trainer every day, and its killing me

Whats making it even worse, is going to the gym on a protein shake, and a couple off eggs, then have the receptionists sitting eating KFC.

To the OP. You want to cut your calorie intake. I've no idea what your taking in just now but at that weight, probably a fair bit. So cut it by 500-1000 calories, and try to do some cardio every day. Preferably on an empty stomach, first thing.

TBH its sometimes 6 days a week But aye, unfortunately I cant do morning cardio so i do it PM. My attitude towards it is that it needs to be done, no fucking about, when im in the gym i just go to beast myself.

Only got to go till the 18th of this month, then i'm switching to a 3 day split on weights. Keeping the 85mins cardio up on 3 other days.

Nah nah, at the Galleon in Killie. Mate works there and its handier to get to from work etc.

It's hard to say...as long as calories out > calories in you will lose weight. If you are working out a lot you can eat more aka Michael Phelps who eats 9k calories a day
