Yes you can overtrain and your body will be the best guide to if you are. It will soon tell you when its not recovered properly.
I guess it depends on what you actually do as to whether or not your overtraining?

I train between 5-6 times a week for around 45 mins max. Seems to suit me, gains are coming ok, no injurys etc.
If i feel run down i take a day off, just listen to what your bodys saying.
