how much is too much ??
I train nearly every night plus martial arts twice a week

4 times a weeks for 45-60 mins is plenty mate. Your body needs time to rest and grow.

Yes you can overtrain and your body will be the best guide to if you are. It will soon tell you when its not recovered properly.

I guess it depends on what you actually do as to whether or not your overtraining?

I train between 5-6 times a week for around 45 mins max. Seems to suit me, gains are coming ok, no injurys etc.

If i feel run down i take a day off, just listen to what your bodys saying.

3 days is best for me. Anymore and my body doesnt grow.

Mon, Wed, Fri are my lifting days, with cardio every moring 5 days a week.

I don't do a thing the weekends lol
