can anyone tell me if 25g pins are suitable for intramuscular as opposed to 23g? been given a load by a mate that works for a firm that deals with first aid kits for expiditions, there a little thinner than 23g so in theory will do less damage but wondered if there ok to use? anyone use em? cheers dan

25g pins are the orange 1" ones yeah? I "think" they are low on flow rate so would be very difficult to pass thick oils like sus through. I would personally be going for Blues at the very minimum if your not good with needles but ideally Greens.

Plus when you draw the pin back out, being 1" I would expect some leekage.

All IMHO
