never heard of it but what exactly you wanting from this? If your hoping for anything apart from probably sore guts,strange smelling pee and the mental thought your on gear then walk away as these supps are a waste of time IMO.I done all these things years ago and quickly learned there is no better way to mass and strenght than good old hard work and food
