whats an average range to be in?

im guessing single figures is miles out of my reach but im a tad under 20 %

what should i be aiming for?

got the scales

the ones that measure your height, weight, bmi and fat index

apparently it tells you on the bottom of the print out you get but it didnt have any paper in it! useless

I use the ones in Boots but get different readouts all the time, not sure there accurate.

i got told to get it done at the doctors and they pinch what fat they can with some metal instruments.

Anything under 10% ain't too bad at all mate.

I'd say around 15 would be ideal though

I'd say around 7.5% would be ideal

But 13 - 18% is average
