hi,i have a bit of flab around my stomach which i want to get rid of,i walk about 4 miles most days and im always on the go,i dont drink much or smoke.i eat healthy,like no processed meat or crap like that but i do enjoy chinese and pizza 2 or 3 times a week when im home,i work offshore so the food is always good.is there a fat burning supplement i can take and start going to the gym to lose this fat?i hate running and sit ups,most other exercises i dont mind as i do go to the gym occasionally.cheers,lee

Get to the gym and get on the treadmill, and do long sessions walking uphill. That's the best thing for losing fat from your stomach.
Cardio burns fat, and walking uphill targets that area just nicely, and is also better for your back as it just stretches it slightly.
Go for a brisk walking pace (start of slow and gradually build up to fast walk) and set the machine to the highest incline.
Stick at this and cut your food intake by 10% and you should see results.

A few Cyto T3/T4 would do the trick if you want to 'cheat', but if that's not your thing then cardio's your best hope. Cut out any junk food, but more importantly any alcohol. 100-300 crunches a day to firm up the abs.

Definitely. It's strong stuff. It's alarming how many women are into it and have no idea about dosages and whatnot even after they've set their mind on getting some.

The only reason im so dodgy about it is that my mum has a fucked thyroid but its not fucked enough for docs to help apparently needs to be a certain percentage before they will help or summit like that she was told.the weight she has put on over the last few years is unreal.My gran was the same but eventually got treatment and she's nice and slim now after a very short period.If im right i think docs actually prescribe these? Correct me if im wrong but im sure its these

A similar thing, yes, likely otc here, but I doubt anyone's prescribing Global Anabolics lol. I think they do prescribe it with the same active ingredients, as Thyrila, Thyroil, Thyzilla etc. lol

And no you wont pile fat back on if you come off as you will be in a routine of healthier eating and cardio work so the fat will stay at bay then as you continue to work out

iv been trying to loose my belly for 2 yrs now it just aint moving..iv always shyed away from abs but im now doing them..there are so many ways to do them it keeps it interesting..in the last 3 weeks iv noticed a differnce..
i eat good all the time with the odd treat and go to gym every day..but iv been doin heavy stuff thats paid off 4 sure..
every one tells me abs abs abs cardio and then abs..dont 4 get your core thats works well once uv sussed it..
