Hey all,

I've been going to the gym for a couple of months now and have been recomended to use Maximuscle Cyclone by a couple of mates i go with.

Im 13.5 stone and 6 foot with a bit of a gut! Im aiming to bulk up in size, stay a 32-34" waist but bigger in size and ripped.
I know its not going to happen over night nor have i set any monthly/yearly goals. Im just quite happy training 3 days a week and see how i get on.

Will a product like Cyclone help? Are there any side effects?

i rate cyclone aswell i used it a few years ago got good results dont know why i stopped to be honest.

nrg ttp is better use that on training days and normal whey on every other,

but its what you put into training that counts not what you drink.

Its the 1.2kg tubs I have. Also have a shed load of Thermabols. 90 tabs per pack, retail at £35.95, I do a tub for £17.50!

Indeed training is very very important......but what you put in your mouth either via food or drink is more important! If your not eating the correct foods etc, you wont grow!

The lads at my gym rate Cyclone and say they notice the gains when using it......but some get dodgy guts from it!
