Concept 2 rowing machine, anyone use it??

My best times on max resistance are 7.06 for 2000m and 19.06 for 5000 anyone have their figures?? Go easy on me, I am 45 ha ha!!

I don't use that machine because I am not allowed because of the positioning of my hip. However, I do know that's good going.

average 2600m on full resistance over 12 mins running at 37 to 41 spm.this is my warm up
if you want to stop smoking try hypnosis,best £250 I have ever spent and that was 5 years ago
