Default Night-Time Workouts?

Guys I'm about to start my bulk up program, but due to circumstances its a lot easier for me to workout during the evening (9pm-11pm) and I'm wondering if this is productive or will it work against me in some way.

Could some of you experienced guys please tell me what are some downsides/upsides in doing this? Or is it all the same?

Thanks in advanced

(assuming you worked out around 11pm) Do sleep well after your workout or does it keep you up? Or do you sleep early hours anyway (2am ish)?

I just thinking it will keep me up all night, and I lik to be in bed by 12 if I have have no plans.

If you train heavy mate your CNS ( Central Nervous System) will take a battering, everyones does after training heavy. If the CNS has taken a hard hit this will lead to difficulty in sleeping. There are ways around this!! Train a bit lighter with reps around 12-15 and only train 1 muscle group, 2 max per session. Or train heavy and use Zopiclone or Diazepam to relax your CNS and help you sleep. Zopiclone or Diazepam has to be thought of with great care as they are addictive, not as bad as some Dr's make out though.....but should not be used for more than 6 weeks at max.

I must admit that when I train to around 10.30, I go home get my supper and am shattered and get a great nights sleep. Think it works well for me as I`ve been doing it for 3years and gaining well. I know some guys who train in our gym at 3 and 4am because of the shift work they do.
