lol no probs, i just thought it would be a good idea,as i found the thread with the boy who thinks he will look like brad pitt interesting , and the boy got slated aswell but im just wondering if most people who push weights,wud be willing to post a pic ,i would post pic if other people would,we all cant be that self-conscious can we???

Around October ish last year when Id started training again, had been back into it for about 6 weeks max.
Everything has gone to shit again, Ive not trained since the end of November. Hoping to try and get back into it properly this year.

good start,yeah ur a big lad, can still see uv got a good shape wen u tense up m8, my missus is out with her fone jus now so hope get sum up 4 teatime tommorw, how do u post pics up ? iv neva done it? cmon people get some pics up ,no point training all that time and not showing it off !!!!
