diet diagram
im trying to bulk up, im 72kg and cant put weight on,, i take protein drink after gym witch is 4-5 times a week,(wednesday is allways legs, chance to rest uper body)
can some one do a basic chart so i can follow,, ( for work i have sandwiches coz of the industry im in, if that helps)

When i started training years ago i smoked aswell and got from about 11st to 12.5st and got stuck there no matter what i eat, lifted etc...
I stopped smoking and my weight steadily started to increase with time and i'm not just under 15st. Smoking stops your body taking in all the nutrients you're getting from food. This isnt the case for everyone but it definitely was for me. Drinking doesnt help either mate...tey to cut down a bit?
