Shoulder excercises
I've come to realise over the last few weeks that I've got crap shoulders like pretty much all the males on my dads side of the family (they've all had similar problems, the synovial fluid in the shoulder goes over time giving a symptom similiar to a frozen shoulder). My dads had an op to correct one of his so far and it looks like mine could be going the same way in years to come
What I'm after is good shoulder excersises that don't put a lot of stress on the joint, or ones that I can try out and see how they feel. Dumbbell shoulder press tends to really hurt with any sort of weight on there, but oddly standing shoulder press doesn't affect it too much
Any input is greatly recieved

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
I've got to go and have my shoulders looked at tommorrow. I keep dis-locating mine. I was given excercises which seemed to work but as soon as I stoped them, said shoulders start poping out. So the surgen is looking into shortning the tendens and the like. Mine started dis-locating after having an epileptic fit

Delts and Traps used to be my least favourite areas to work, due to various breakages and disslocations I've had in the shoulder area, I just have to go lighter to avoid injury & I only use cables, machines and Smith machine - got to think future health and strength so I'd rather play it safe.
Shoulders are quite possibly the area that develops the best(for me) but thats most likely because I work them after legs which is usulay quite a heafty workout!
